Customers are responsible for confirming the availability of the receiver (when sending) or sender (when receiving) before placing a delivery order. If the assigned party is unavailable at the time of pickup or delivery, additional waiting time or return trip fees may apply.
Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses. Our pricing is based strictly on distance. If the exact location is not available on the map, the customer must select or describe a nearby mapped location that closely represents the intended address. If our rider is required to travel beyond the mapped area to locate the address, the customer will bear any extra cost incurred as a result.
Customers must ensure that all phone numbers and contact details provided are accurate and reachable. Orders placed with invalid or unreachable contact information may be canceled or delayed, and DispatchHub will not be held responsible for such outcomes.
Any extra trips, extended waiting times, failed deliveries, or remapping efforts will result in additional charges. These charges will be automatically calculated and reflected in the app based on time and distance. Customers will be notified of any extra charges before they are applied, and such fees must be paid before the service is completed or at the time of delivery.
Customers have the ability to track their deliveries in real time through the DispatchHub app. This provides full visibility of the delivery process, including the rider’s location and movement from pickup to drop-off.
DispatchHub is not liable for incorrect information provided by the customer, including wrong addresses, unreachable contacts, or unconfirmed recipient/sender availability. DispatchHub shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or additional cost arising from customer negligence or failure to comply with these terms.
DispatchHub reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes through the app or our official communication channels.
By using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Riders are expected to carry out deliveries with utmost care and professionalism. Riders are fully liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the customer’s item(s) while in their possession. Any verified misconduct or negligence leading to item damage or theft may result in suspension, termination, and potential legal action.
Riders must not accept or perform deliveries outside the DispatchHub platform while actively handling a DispatchHub order. Mixing third-party or personal deliveries with active Dispatch Hub deliveries is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent removal from the platform.
Riders are free to choose their own work schedule and operate at times convenient for them. However, once a delivery is accepted, it must be completed promptly and professionally.
DispatchHub operates on a revenue-sharing model, where riders retain 70% of each delivery fee, and 30% is remitted to the company. Riders are required to remit DispatchHub’s 30% share after every two completed deliveries before being assigned new orders. Failure to remit may result in temporary suspension from receiving new orders until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Riders who intentionally fail to remit DispatchHub’s share, abandon the platform, or default on payments may be reported to the Nigerian Credit Bureau. DispatchHub reserves the right to take necessary legal steps, including recovering owed amounts directly from the rider’s bank account via authorized financial mechanisms.
All riders are required to comply with DispatchHub’s code of conduct, safety policies, and service guidelines at all times. DispatchHub reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
Riders may stop working with Dispatch Hub at any time; however, all pending remittances must be settled. DispatchHub also reserves the right to terminate a rider’s access to the platform for policy violations, fraud, or misconduct.
By accepting delivery tasks on the DispatchHub platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
